崗位職責(zé):
?Assist subsidiary sales (Japan and South Korea) in organizing project overview, coordinating SPM meetings, and tracking project progress.
協(xié)助子公司銷售(日韓)整理項目概況,協(xié)調(diào)SPM組織會議并跟蹤項目進度。
?Complete RFQ, RFI and change quotations and related documents on time, organize and archive them.
按時完成RFQ、RFI和變更的報價及相關(guān)文件的整理,存檔。
?Assist in completing the necessary documents for customer audits and coordinate with relevant departments
協(xié)助完成客戶審核所需要的文件及協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)部門。
?Handling inquiries from subsidiaries.
處理子公司的詢價。
?Support export SPM to complete related transactions, such as sample application, material requisition, shipment, and SAP related operations.
支持出口SPM完成相關(guān)事務(wù)的處理,如樣件申請、領(lǐng)料、發(fā)貨及SAP的相關(guān)操作。
?Responsible for quoting, contracting, receiving, and shipping after-sales parts for domestic and international customers.
負責(zé)國內(nèi)外客戶的售后件的報價、合同、收款及發(fā)貨。
?Daily affairs processing, such as sales forecast follow-up/preparation of weekly and monthly export sales reports/SOP export maintenance/management requirement follow-up, conference call arrangement, assistance in reimbursement/visa application, flight booking, travel and visitor itinerary arrangement (review, etc.), transportation arrangements, etc.
日常事務(wù)處理,如銷售預(yù)測跟進/每周和每月的出口銷售報告準(zhǔn)備/ SOP出口維護/管理需求跟進,電話會議安排,協(xié)助報銷/簽證材料的申請,機票預(yù)訂,出差和訪客的行程安排(審核等)等交通安排等。
?Prepare reception work for customer visits and collect information after customer visits are completed
準(zhǔn)備客戶來訪的接待工作和客戶訪問結(jié)束后的信息收集工作
?Comply with the company's information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information.
遵守公司信息安全管理規(guī)定,對公司信息保密,不泄露,保證信息的安全。
?Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

任職要求:
?Bachelor's degree or above.
本科及以上學(xué)歷。
?Mechanical or related disciplines.
機械類或者相關(guān)學(xué)科專業(yè)。
?Work experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
有汽車行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
?Has good teamwork and communication skills; Have good English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing above CET-6).
具有良好的團隊協(xié)作能力和溝通能力; 具有良好的英文能力(聽、說、讀、寫達到六級以上)。
?Proficient in using office software such as PPT, EXCEL, SAP, Kingdee, etc.
熟練運用PPT、EXCEL、SAP、金蝶等相關(guān)辦公軟件。
