Duties & Responsibilities
●Establish and perform annual standard cost updates in batch and daily individual cost updates, double check the data source from other dept. and ensure accuracy of standard cost.
●Identify and review major variances of work orders, investigating and correcting mistakes.
●Oversee the calculation of material, labor and overhead standard costs of manufactured products, maintain annual TP update.
●Monitor production and operation variance, such as scrap, under/over absorption, stand to actual and make sure all the data is correct and ready for closing.
●Prepare and maintain accurate costing of inventory, including stock provision calculation, and cost of sales and to ensure monthly and annual closing are finished in a timely manner.
●Support Operations team by providing monthly results of plant performance, such productivity, scrap rate, etc.
●Prepare monthly closing report for higher management review after closing.
●Check supplier invoices monthly.
●Provide reports to FP&A team .
Qualification & Requirements
●College degree or above in Accounting and/or Finance.
●Minimum two years of experience in Costing in the manufacturing industry.
●CET-4 or above, ability to read, write and speak.
●Familiar with cost accounting and financial internal control.
●Familiar with accounting principles, accounting laws and regulations.
●High ability to handle office software and ERP like SAP and ORACLE.
