主要職責(zé) / Key Responsibilities
1. 全國醫(yī)院產(chǎn)品進(jìn)院管理 | National Hospital Product Listing Management (40%)
* 主導(dǎo)關(guān)鍵目標(biāo)醫(yī)院的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)院項(xiàng)目,包括項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、政策制定、過程跟進(jìn)及進(jìn)院后評估。
Lead product listing initiatives in key target hospitals, including project
design, policy development, process tracking, and post-listing evaluation.
* 制定并管理年度進(jìn)院計(jì)劃,明確目標(biāo)、時(shí)間表和關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)(KPI),確保產(chǎn)品順利進(jìn)院并持續(xù)保留在院。
Develop and manage annual listing plans with clear objectives, timelines, and
KPIs to ensure smooth hospital entry and sustained in-hospital presence.
* 與醫(yī)院相關(guān)部門建立合作關(guān)系,推動產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入醫(yī)院目錄并維持長期合作。
Build collaborative relationships with relevant hospital departments to
facilitate formulary inclusion and long-term partnerships.
2. 經(jīng)銷商授權(quán)與渠道管理 | Distributor Authorization & Channel Management (40%)
* 負(fù)責(zé)策略性產(chǎn)品組合的經(jīng)銷商評估、授權(quán)、日常管理與監(jiān)督,確保其在戰(zhàn)略契合度、合規(guī)性及市場覆蓋能力方面符合公司要求。
Responsible for evaluation, authorization, operations, and supervision of
distributors for strategic product portfolios, ensuring alignment in strategy,
compliance, and market coverage.
* 建立明確的績效評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn),監(jiān)督授權(quán)經(jīng)銷商在市場準(zhǔn)入和業(yè)務(wù)執(zhí)行方面的表現(xiàn)。
Establish clear performance metrics and monitor performance of authorized
distributors in market access and business execution.
* 與銷售及供應(yīng)鏈團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密協(xié)作,確保產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)順暢,協(xié)調(diào)直銷與分銷渠道的協(xié)同運(yùn)作。
Collaborate closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless
product supply and effective coordination between direct and indirect channels.
3. 合規(guī)性與戰(zhàn)略支持 | Compliance & Strategic Support (20%)
* 確保所有市場準(zhǔn)入活動符合當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)、行業(yè)規(guī)范及公司內(nèi)部政策。
Ensure all market access activities comply with local regulations, industry
standards, and internal company policies.
* 為招投標(biāo)、定價(jià)策略及醫(yī)保報(bào)銷項(xiàng)目提供市場洞察與客戶反饋支持。
Provide market insights and customer feedback to support tendering, pricing
strategies, and reimbursement initiatives.
任職資格 / Qualifications
* 生命科學(xué)、藥學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、商科或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or
a related field.
* 至少5年在制藥、醫(yī)療器械或醫(yī)療健康行業(yè)從事市場準(zhǔn)入、大客戶管理或商務(wù)相關(guān)工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, key account management, or
commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare
industry.
* 熟悉中國醫(yī)院采購流程、產(chǎn)品入院決策機(jī)制及分銷渠道運(yùn)作。
Solid understanding of Chinese hospital procurement processes, product listing
decision-making mechanisms, and distribution channel operations.
* 具備醫(yī)院產(chǎn)品準(zhǔn)入流程、招投標(biāo)及醫(yī)療政策相關(guān)知識者優(yōu)先。
Prior knowledge of hospital product access processes, tendering, and
healthcare policies is preferred.

* 具備較強(qiáng)的分析能力,熟練使用微軟辦公軟件(Excel、PowerPoint、Word)。
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel,
PowerPoint, Word).
* 主動積極,以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向,能夠在快節(jié)奏環(huán)境中管理多項(xiàng)任務(wù)。
Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a
fast-paced environment.
* 可接受頻繁的區(qū)域出差。
Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
