工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose Develop and implement a marketing strategy, tactics/ activities, which is aligned with and sets direction for the sales strategy, for CC of OC market to meet established sales and market share targets.
主要職責(zé)/責(zé)任Essential Duties / Responsibilities Support marketing head to develop a complete and effective product strategy and tactics/activates for business in China market. To build up and maintain the relationship with national KOLs and key users of central cities and Key cities. Monitor and analyse Sales development trends, suggest and implement initiatives to improve the trends. Optimize product portfolio according to Corporate and local marketing strategies. Plan and execute conference participation and Key User seminars as well as case studies and case competitions according to yearly plan. Monitor, analyse, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service and to document market shares, sales by key players as well as key products and key messages Design and update promotion tools such as promotional items and brochures for marketing and campaigns or overseeing such activity. Provide marketing training material to training department for employee training and execute employee training according to agreement with training departments. Communicate with HQ concerning marketing issues Product technical support in terms of customer complaint handling and customer communication, including working with RA to ensure all product registrations are in place.
任職資格Job Qualifications Medical university background, major in pharmaceutical related and the master’s degree is a plus More than 3 years’ working experience of PM position in MNC pharmaceutical or medical device companies In charge of the big sales volume product independent for more than 1 year. Familiar with urology and colostomy in related fields is plus.
