Job Description / 工作職責

• Work with ITG's factories and suppliers to continuously improve their manufacturing systems. This will include developing a quality assurance system. 與ITG工廠及供應商合作，持續(xù)優(yōu)化其生產體系，包括建立質量保證系統(tǒng)。
• Resolve failure analysis and quality issues by collaborating with suppliers (8D reporting coordination). 通過協(xié)調供應商解決制造工藝和質量問題（主導8D報告分析）。

Requirements / 任職要求

• Bachelor's degree in science or electrical engineering. Associate's degree at minimum. 理工科或電子工程學士學位，至少需大專學歷。
• Over 5 years of experience in multinational OEM manufacturing, EMS, or PCBA industries. 5年以上跨國OEM制造、EMS（電子制造服務）或PCBA（印刷電路板組裝）行業(yè)經驗。
• Candidates with experience in major US-based OEMs or CMs (Contract Manufacturers) preferred. 有美國大型OEM或代工廠工作經驗者優(yōu)先。
• Attention to detail. 注重細節(jié)。
• Strong statistical, analytical, and presentation skills. 出色的統(tǒng)計、分析及匯報能力。
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken). 需精通英文和中文（書面與口語）。
• Team player. 具備團隊合作精神。
• Proficient in cloud-based networks and MS Office. 熟練使用云端協(xié)作工具及MS Office。
