Job description崗位職責(zé)：

1.Follow HSE responsibility. 遵守HSE責(zé)任。

-Lead the deviations solving relevant with quality detected during audit (including internal audit, 20min, customer/external audit) or daily activities, 主導(dǎo)解決在審核中（包括內(nèi)部審核、20分鐘、客戶/外部審核）或日?；顒?dòng)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的與質(zhì)量相關(guān)的偏差。
-Monitor the machines maintenance & periodic checking status.監(jiān)控機(jī)器維護(hù)和定期檢查狀態(tài)。
-Monitor the material storage condition, validity. 監(jiān)控材料儲(chǔ)存條件、有效性。
-Monitor the calibration status and label on site. 監(jiān)控現(xiàn)場(chǎng)校準(zhǔn)狀態(tài)和標(biāo)簽。
-Monitor if parameters out of tolerance, work together with Process Engineers and Production/Maintenance to deal with the nonconformity and follow the RCA & Actions. 監(jiān)控參數(shù)是否超出公差，與工藝工程師和生產(chǎn)/維護(hù)部門合作處理不符合項(xiàng)，并遵循根本原因分析&行動(dòng)計(jì)劃。

3.Product nonconformity treatment產(chǎn)品不合格處理
-Pilot the nonconforming parts treatment, relevant DA processing. 主導(dǎo)不合格零件處理，開具不合格證。
4.Material quality control材料質(zhì)量控制
-In charge of relevant production materials incoming inspection specification and validate the report. 負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)生產(chǎn)材料進(jìn)料檢驗(yàn)規(guī)范，并驗(yàn)證報(bào)告。
-Treatment of nonconforming materials detected during IMI and production, manage NQAR when necessary, relevant supplier performance assessment. 處理來料檢驗(yàn)和生產(chǎn)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的不合格材料，必要時(shí)管理供應(yīng)商不合格整改要求，及相關(guān)供應(yīng)商績(jī)效評(píng)估。
5.Measurement data accuracy測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)精度
-launch or monitor the measurement R&R, correlation, monitor the measurement system to assure the data accuracy. 啟動(dòng)或監(jiān)控測(cè)量重復(fù)性再現(xiàn)性分析、相關(guān)性，監(jiān)控測(cè)量系統(tǒng)以確保數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性。
6.DVI topics supporting支持新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入項(xiàng)目

7. ENQA treatment if relevant 客戶投訴處理（如相關(guān)）
-Lead the disposition of ENQA relevant, including root cause analysis and improvement actions following. 主導(dǎo)客戶投訴相關(guān)事務(wù)的處理，包括根本原因分析和后續(xù)改進(jìn)措施。
8.Quality improvement project 質(zhì)量改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目
-Lead or participant in project such as human factor, GB project. 主導(dǎo)或參與項(xiàng)目，如人為因素、GB項(xiàng)目。
9.Manage direct responsible working instruction training/updating管理直接負(fù)責(zé)的工作指導(dǎo)培訓(xùn)/更新。
10.Supplier management when assigned供應(yīng)商管理（如有分配）
-Participate in supplier audit, supplier performance assessment, in charge of quality problem resolving.參與供應(yīng)商審核、供應(yīng)商績(jī)效評(píng)估，負(fù)責(zé)解決質(zhì)量問題。



Requirements相關(guān)要求:

1.Basic knowledge on casting, mechanics, materials or related majors.具備鑄造、機(jī)械、材料或相關(guān)專業(yè)的基本知識(shí)。
2.Familiar with ISO9001/AS9100 quality system is preferred.熟悉ISO9001/AS9100質(zhì)量體系者優(yōu)先。
3.Familiar with process quality management and quality tools, such as FMEA, 8D, control plan, process capability, statistical analysis, problem solving skills etc..熟悉過程質(zhì)量管理和質(zhì)量工具，如FMEA、8D、控制計(jì)劃、過程能力、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、問題解決技能等。
4. With knowledge with Lean, 6 sigma.具備精益、六西格瑪?shù)闹R(shí)。
5.Capable of leading quality problem solving & quality improvement.能夠主導(dǎo)解決質(zhì)量問題和質(zhì)量改進(jìn)。
6.Fluent in written and oral English.英語聽說讀寫流利。
7.Proficient in using office software , power BI.熟練使用辦公軟件、power BI。
