崗位職責(zé): The Business Risk and Resilience (BRR) plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite, by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management. The BRR achieves this by providing operational risk and control expertise, conducting high quality reviews of the bank's control environment, conducting end to end control assurance reviews on key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused on material risk and issues, and evolving a culture of continuous and consistent risk management. 1. Managing the day-to-day activities, including case review, MI, reporting and collaborating with SQ onshore team by ensuring that priority are addressed and ensuring the relevant training and support is provided. 2. Communicating relevant information to key stakeholders locally. 3. Identifying issues and risks and escalating those appropriately. 4. Managing and enhancing relationships with appropriate internal contacts to ensure that best practice, issues, concerns and learning points are shared and fed back to appropriate parties. 5. Identifying opportunities to continuously improve the service provided, referring to senior management where appropriate. 6. Other activities assigned by line manager.
任職要求: 1. At least 6 years’ experience in a variety of banking areas and functions. 2. Appropriate local certifications for Sales/Risk roles preferable. 3. Qualification in Financial Planning preferable. 4. Good knowledge of information and data security, Asset and Wealth management, Financial Services/industry/products/regulation with a strong risk sense. 5. Communicate at all levels with confidence (written and verbal). 6. Good working knowledge of banking systems related to sales/ operation and project management. 7. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of sales compliance and regulatory requirements and application in a holistic planning approach. 8.
