Design and Development:
l Create
high-quality, accurate, and QA-approved artwork for product packaging, labels,and other marketing materials.
l Develop andmaintain a consistent brand identity across all packaging and marketing materials.
l Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, regulations, and supplier specifications.
Collaboration:
l Collaborate
closely with medical supply sourcing agencies and product manufacturers to
understand artwork specifications and design requirements.
l Work effectively with internal teams, including marketing, quality assurance and regulatory affairs, and product development, to ensure seamless project execution.
l Communicate efficiently with stakeholders to gather feedback and address design concerns.
File Preparation:
l Prepare accurate and complete artwork files for various production processes, including printing, labeling, and digital distribution.
l Maintain organized and well-documented design files
Quality
Assurance:
l Conduct thorough quality checks alongside the Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory
Affairs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
l Troubleshoot and resolve design issues promptly.

l Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication or related fields.
l 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with experience in product packaging design preferred. Experience working with medical or healthcare industry is a plus.
l Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is preferred.
l Understanding of packaging regulations and compliance standards.
l Strong understanding of print production processes and file formatting.
l Capable of using AI drawing tools such as Midjourney is a plus.
l Good basic communication ability in English, able to read and understand English design materials and communicate in basic English.
