Job Descriptions:
  • Performance Monitoring and Management: Tracking supplier performance against agreed-upon metrics, such as delivery times, quality, and cost Implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Supplier development : Developing and implementing supplier development programs to improve supplier capabilities.
  • Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong, collaborative
    relationships with key suppliers to foster open communication and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with internal teams, such as procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and
    alignment across the organization.
  • Resolving supplier-related issues and disputes.
Requirement:
  • Degree in Production, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in fashion accessory industry, especially metal trims, snap.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
