Evaluate video reach and learn from successes and failures to optimize subsequent video planning. Main specifications (skills & experiences required): 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Journalism, Chinese Literature, Advertising, Film & Television, or related fields. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in video shooting, production, and editing. 3. Proficient in Flash, ID, AE, AI, C4D, PS, PR, 3Dmax, Maya, and other software for image animation and video editing. 4. Comprehensive understanding of the video production process, from filming to post-production. 5. Experience in managing video platforms and familiarity with their rules and best practices. 6.
