---Recruiting 招聘 1.According to company plan, carry out recruitment work. 根據(jù)公司人員規(guī)劃,開展人員招聘工作。 2.Make recruitment information, attend and carry out campus & societyrecruiting, selecting resumes and organizing interviews. 制定招聘信息,進(jìn)行校招及社招,篩選簡歷,組織面試。 ---Training 培訓(xùn) 1.Organizenew employees‘ orientation, on-Job-Training. 組織新員工的入職,在職培訓(xùn)。 2.Responsiblefor coordination work about external training (Such as German Training). 負(fù)責(zé)溝通協(xié)調(diào)外訓(xùn)(員工德語培訓(xùn)等)。 3. Responsible for HR Related policy training and implementation. 負(fù)責(zé)人事政策培訓(xùn)及實(shí)施。 ---Salary& Benefit 薪資及福利 1.Budget making and implementation of all employees’ benefit the wholeyear. 全年員工福利預(yù)算制定,實(shí)施。 2.Double check the salary for Chinese employees each month. 每月對中國員工進(jìn)行薪資核準(zhǔn)。 3.New employees’ insurance materials preparation and coordination(Shanghai FE, Fescoand Chinastar). 新入職員工的保險(xiǎn)資料的準(zhǔn)備及協(xié)調(diào)(外服,上海FE及四達(dá))。 ---PerformanceManagement 績效管理 1.Organizeand follow up of employees’ probation evaluation. 組織并跟蹤新員工的試用期評價(jià)。 ---EmployeeRelation 員工關(guān)系 1.Employeeson-boarding, resignation talk and processing.(Including emails applying) 員工入職,離職談話及手續(xù)辦理(包括郵箱申請)。 2.The preparation work for German employees’ on boarding. 德籍新員工的入職準(zhǔn)備。 3.The visa related work for German employees. 德籍員工簽證辦理。 4.The apartment searching and management related work for Germanemployees. 德籍員工公寓尋找及公寓管理工作。 5.The visa related work for Chinese employees when they go to Germanyfor Training. 中國員工出國培訓(xùn)的簽證辦理。 6.Management for employees’ work contract and peronal files . 員工工作合同及檔案的管理。 7.Management and updating for employees’ all necessary information . 員工必要信息的管理及更新。 8.Necessary certificates providing for employees. 員工必要證明的開具。 ---Others 其他 1.Attendance and card punching management. 出勤及打卡管理。 2.Teambuilding. (Such as annual party) 員工活動(dòng)(如年會等)。 3.Company environment management, tracking cleaning staff’s work. 公司環(huán)境管理,跟蹤保潔工作。 4.Assit Branch Manager to carry out some HR related work. 協(xié)助經(jīng)理執(zhí)行人事相關(guān)工作。 5.Finish the temporary work that assigned by managers. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時(shí)安排的工作。
