1.Divisional quality management
?Develop divisional quality strategy and provide E2E quality management to improve customer experience.
?Review divisional quality metric, drive quality loss program and performance improvement.
?Manage customer complaint handling, coordinate with cross functional teams to lead the root cause analysis and CAPA.
?Provide the quality management for design quality on innovation and localization projects.
?Drive the plant quality culture and capability building.
?Work and communicate with global quality management.
2.Supplier quality management
?Support supplier development and qualification in terms of quality based on sourcing strategy.
?Ensure the end-to-end management of supplier quality and perform quality audit to make sure quality standard and compliance with insourcing contract management.
?Provide continuous professional hands-on consultancy and expertise to OEM during the qualification and validation phases of new products produced at one of the sites and for commercial production.
?Support quality oversight for day-to-day production activities, including deviation and CAPA management, escalation of critical issues, and change control.
?Coach and cultivate OEM plant to enhance the quality awareness and execution capabilities.
Skills and qualifications required :
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related fields.
2.More than 5 years of quality management experience in the chemical specialty, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical or FMCG related industry. OEM factory supervision and GMP experience are preferred.
3.Strong knowledge of end to end quality management, and capable of using quality management tools for quality analysis and improvement.
4.Excellent communication and coordination skills, fluent communication in English.
