ob Title: Business Development Manager - Automation / System Integration 職位名稱:業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展經(jīng)理-自動化/系統(tǒng)集成 Reporting To: Sales Director / General Manager 匯報對象:銷售總監(jiān)/總經(jīng)理 Main Purpose: 主要目的: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with new customers, closing sales and increasing revenue & margin. 通過發(fā)現(xiàn)新機(jī)會,與新客戶建立關(guān)系,完成銷售,增加收入和利潤來推動業(yè)務(wù)增長。 Key Responsibilities: 主要職責(zé): 1.Strong technical, customer and commercial know-how of RTP products and market needs. 對RTP產(chǎn)品和市場需求有較強的技術(shù)、客戶和商業(yè)知識。 2.Research, locate and evaluate potential markets for inter and intra logistics operations in various supply chains, key stakeholders and customers that align with the company’s current growth strategy for both short and long-term projects. Proactively share the knowledge, insights with Utz sales team. Take on a leading role in our further growth in the area of Automation / System Integration 根據(jù)公司當(dāng)前的短期和長期項目發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,研究、定位和評估各種供應(yīng)鏈、關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)者和客戶的內(nèi)部和內(nèi)部物流運營的潛在市場。主動與Utz銷售團(tuán)隊分享知識和見解。在自動化/系統(tǒng)集成領(lǐng)域的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展中發(fā)揮領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作用 3.Develop and maintain strong connections with potential and existing customers and key stakeholders, attending seminars, trade shows etc to raise Utz profile. 發(fā)展和加強維護(hù)與潛在客戶和現(xiàn)有客戶以及主要利益相關(guān)者的緊密聯(lián)系,參加研討會,貿(mào)易展覽等以提高Utz的知名度。 4.Identify customer requirements developing proposals for existing or new product lines, close profitable sales opportunities, providing technical advice and executing the whole sales cycle 識別客戶需求,為現(xiàn)有或新產(chǎn)品線提出建議,完成有機(jī)會的銷售機(jī)會,提供技術(shù)建議并執(zhí)行整個銷售周期 5.Create and implement strategies that lead to increased revenue and margin, expanded market presence, and long-term profitability 制定和實施增加收入和利潤、擴(kuò)大市場占有率和長期盈利能力的戰(zhàn)略 Qualifications and Experience Required: 資格和經(jīng)驗要求: 1.Degree level in engineering or business. 工程或商業(yè)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷 2.Significant demonstrable experience in a similar role acquiring new business preferable within the returnable packaging sector. 具有在可回收包裝領(lǐng)域獲得新業(yè)務(wù)的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 3.Track record of successful business growth through value selling. 通過價值銷售成功實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)增長的記錄 Competencies: 能力: 1.At least 5 years of professional experience within leading Automation / System Integration players. 在自動化/系統(tǒng)集成公司至少5年的專業(yè)經(jīng)驗 2.Good network and understanding of Chinese Automation / System Integration market. 良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)和對中國自動化/系統(tǒng)集成市場的了解。 3.Effective and adaptive communication and soft skills. 有效和適應(yīng)性的溝通和軟技能 4.Ability to demonstrate technical solutions coherently. 能夠連貫地展示技術(shù)解決方案 5.Good knowledge of English to collaborate and to exchange with customers in China / AP and Utz colleagues 良好的英語知識,能夠與中國/亞太客戶和Utz全球同事進(jìn)行合作和交流
