職位描述：

3 有效管理時間，確保項目圖紙深度達到要求、設(shè)計成果符合行業(yè)和部門內(nèi)部質(zhì)量管理體系及國內(nèi)設(shè)計規(guī)范。
Manage time effectively to ensure that project drawings are to the required depth and that design deliverables are in accordance with industry and departmental internal quality management systems and domestic design specifications.
4 協(xié)助其他建筑師解決項目技術(shù)相關(guān)問題。
Assist other architects with related technical issues of projects. Collaborate with the team in developing technical design solutions.
5 配合資深設(shè)計師對項目資料進行整理、歸檔。
Work with senior designers to collate and file project information.
6 完成董事和副董事安排的其他工作。
To perform other duties as assigned by the Directors and Deputy Directors.
任職要求Job requirements：
1 建筑學相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學歷；
Major in architecture, bachelor degree or above;
2 3-5年建筑方案設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗, 有知名建筑事務(wù)所或知名大型設(shè)計院工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
3-5 years of work experience in architectural scheme design; work experience in well-known architectural firms or well-known large design institutes is preferred;
3 有志于商業(yè)方向發(fā)展；有參與設(shè)計大型項目的經(jīng)驗；
Aspiring to develop in commercial design; have experience in participating in the design of large-scale projects;
4 熟悉相關(guān)設(shè)計規(guī)范、精通AutoCAD、Photoshop、SketchUp、D5、Rhino、AI等設(shè)計繪圖軟件；
Familiar with relevant design specifications, proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, D5, Rhino, AI and other design drawing software;
5 具備較強的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；具備強烈的責任心和良好的團隊合作精神；
