Job Responsibilities:

  • Assurance of customer-specific and IEE internal quality standards incl. APQP
  • Negotiations with the customer concerning all quality relevant topics
  • Visits at the customer, remote sites of IEE and suppliers
  • Organization of and participation in customer visits and audits at IEE or its suppliers
  • QA-member of the IEE-program-team for his dedicated customers
  • Preparation of QA releases for the Program Steering Committee (PSC)
  • Preparation of PPAP-documentations
  • Handling of customer complaints and analyzing of claimed sensors
  • Creation of quality reports
  • Support on supplier issues in programs and on request
  • Optimization of internal quality standards
  • Member of internal/external project-teams
  • QA-member in Design Reviews Specific tasks on demand
  • Continuously study EHS laws and regulations and safety criteria related to work, and ensure their own operation in accordance with laws, regulations and local government’s requirement.
  • Regulate the use of personal safety protection products, to comply with corporate security systems and safety procedures, not to break the rules and not to take risk.
Educational Background
· Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree
Technical Skills
· Distinct knowledge of relevant quality-standards and tools, such as :ISO 9001:2002,

· ISO/TS 16949:2009, VDA 6.3, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D

· Basic in statistics, be able to make cpk evaluation or X-R bar chart with minitab or excel

· Chinese &English spoken and written

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools and MS-Office software

· ethical, open minded, diplomatic, decisive, self-reliant, pro-active

  • ISO/TS 16949內(nèi)審員資質(zhì)
  • VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, Formel Q審核員
  • 在汽車行業(yè)或制造業(yè)至少兩年質(zhì)量工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
  • 熟練的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)知識(shí)，比如：ISO 9001:2000,
  • ISO/TS 16949:2009, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D
  • 熟悉客戶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及要求如：GM, VW, Nissan…等
  • 具備基本的統(tǒng)計(jì)知識(shí)，能用minitab或excel做過(guò)程能力分析或極差圖
  • 熟練使用計(jì)算機(jī)，有IQ-FMEA經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
  • 熟練使用辦公軟件
  • 良好的中英文讀寫能力
  • 思維活躍，做事果斷
崗位職責(zé)：

  • 根據(jù)APQP流程的要求完成客戶和IEE內(nèi)部的項(xiàng)目
  • 與客戶就所有的質(zhì)量相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行協(xié)商
  • 拜訪客戶，IEE公司的其它辦公所在地和供應(yīng)商
  • 組織和參與客戶對(duì)IEE及下級(jí)供應(yīng)商的參觀和審核
  • 在IEE項(xiàng)目小組中擔(dān)當(dāng)所負(fù)責(zé)客戶的質(zhì)量角色
  • 為項(xiàng)目階段評(píng)審撰寫質(zhì)量認(rèn)可
  • 準(zhǔn)備PPAP文件包
  • 處理客戶投訴并分析抱怨的傳感器
  • 創(chuàng)建質(zhì)量報(bào)告
  • 在項(xiàng)目中支持客戶相關(guān)問(wèn)題和其它要求
  • 優(yōu)化內(nèi)部質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程
  • 內(nèi)部/外部項(xiàng)目小組成員
  • 設(shè)計(jì)審核過(guò)程中完成質(zhì)量任務(wù)
  • 確保本班組人員通過(guò)“三級(jí)安全培訓(xùn)”，確保本班組特種作業(yè)人員持證上崗；
  • 確保本班組所有成員配備了符合規(guī)定的個(gè)人安全用品；
  • 每天的班前安全教育和檢查，嚴(yán)禁精神狀態(tài)異常（如酒后、生病、激動(dòng)等）和個(gè)人安全防護(hù)用品不良的員工上崗；
  • 隨時(shí)檢查和確保各種安全防護(hù)措施到位，隨時(shí)檢查和確保屬下員工使用的設(shè)備工具安全和可靠；
  • 監(jiān)督和執(zhí)行各項(xiàng)EHS的規(guī)定和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理、檢查、培訓(xùn)要求，嚴(yán)格按照安全操作規(guī)程操作；
  • 確保各種EHS的記錄真實(shí)填寫和有效保存；
  • 負(fù)責(zé)班組級(jí)EHS的培訓(xùn)并作記錄。
