您的職責：

您將在各個領域為項目經理提供支持（例如，項目組織；總體項目主題；創(chuàng)建文件；參與定期溝通，并做好提前準備。）

您將負責制定議程和發(fā)送會議記錄，負責項目團隊的行政工作內容，并在必要時推動進程。




任職要求：

工業(yè)工程、機械工程、電氣工程或類似領域的學士或碩士學位。

對汽車或其供應商行業(yè)有深入了解。

綠地項目實施階段的知識（優(yōu)先考慮汽車）

熟悉微軟辦公軟件（主要是：PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook），懂Thinkcell者優(yōu)先。

組織能力強，溝通能力強（如主動尋找機會面對面溝通）。

能夠在多元文化和大型項目團隊中進行溝通。

有車間管理經驗者或者碳排放，可持續(xù)發(fā)展相關工作經驗優(yōu)先考慮。

普通話和流利的商務英語（懂德語者優(yōu)先考慮）。

常駐北京。

To further expand our team in China, we are looking for a

Location: Beijing

We can count on you here:

• You will support the project manager in various areas (e.g. project organization; overarching project topics; creation of documents; participation in regular communication incl. preparation)
• You will be responsible for creating agendas and send out meeting minutes, caring about internal team topics and push those, if necessary.
  

This is how you convince us:

• Bachelor′s or Master′s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a similar field.
• First professional experience in industry and/or consulting – ideally with insights into the automotive or supplier industry.
• Knowledge of the implementation phase of a greenfield project (pref. Automotive)
• Familiar with MS Office (mainly: Power Point / Excel / Outlook), a plus is think cell.
  
• High self-organization and motivation to search the face-to-face contact.
  
• Ability to address open tasks to the right responsible persons.
  
• Ability to communicate in multicultural and large project teams.
  
• Business written and fluent spoken Mandarin & English (knowledge of further languages especially German would be advantageous).
• Experience in Shop-Floor Management or related to Sustainability would be preferable.
  
• Based in Beijing.
