Main responsibilities:
- Full technical support of market development by deep analyzing all requirements to our product from new and current clients’ side.
- Technical support for clients on incoming requests, identifying client needs/expectations (including scientific and technical issues and technical requirements for products) and elaborating them together with HQ managers.
- Coordination of approval process of products including the achieving the approval feedback report.
- Coordination of the process of acceptance (approval for delivery) of products.
- Participation in the process of reviewing customer complaints (including visiting the customer to assess the situation regarding the complaint received).
- Participation in joint projects initiated at the company and extending to clients.
- Implementation of internal company standards that improve the quality of services provided.
- Facilitated the sales process in new application development.
- Understand the clients’ manufacturing process related to Carbon Black.
- The study of new production technologies of carbon black that can give a competitive advantage in the market.
Main Requirements:
- 8 years of working experience and at least 2-3 years in rubber/polymer industries with carbon black expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in technical major will be a plus, solid English communication skills.
- Have good/sympathetic communication skills when talking to potential clients.
- With team spirit, being proactive and eager to learn new things.
