崗位職責(zé):
1、工業(yè)客戶(hù)開(kāi)發(fā)與滲透,調(diào)研目標(biāo)國(guó)食品工業(yè)格局,鎖定潛在客戶(hù)進(jìn)行跟進(jìn)(豆?jié){粉應(yīng)用的生產(chǎn)型工廠(chǎng))
2、定制化解決方案銷(xiāo)售,基于客戶(hù)產(chǎn)線(xiàn)需求(如蛋白含量、認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、成本預(yù)算),公司提供豆?jié){粉應(yīng)用方案
3、全流程訂單管理
A、主導(dǎo)從樣品測(cè)試、技術(shù)參數(shù)確認(rèn)到年度框架協(xié)議簽訂(賬期≤90天)
B、協(xié)調(diào)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)解決客戶(hù)工藝適配問(wèn)題(如噴霧干燥粉的溶解性?xún)?yōu)化)
4、跨文化風(fēng)控管理
A、確保產(chǎn)品符合進(jìn)口國(guó)法規(guī)(如FDA、EU Organic、清真認(rèn)證)
B、預(yù)判地緣政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(如跨境結(jié)算、中東宗教合規(guī)及其它)
5、市場(chǎng)情報(bào)建設(shè)
監(jiān)控競(jìng)品動(dòng)態(tài)(如國(guó)際植物基原料巨頭),每季度提交所轄市場(chǎng)《工業(yè)客戶(hù)需求趨勢(shì)報(bào)告》
Job Responsibilities:
1. Industrial customer development and penetration: Research the food industry structure in local countries, identify potential customers and follow up (production factories using soy milk powder).
2. Customized solution sales: Based on customers' production line needs (such as protein content, certification standards, cost budget), the company provides soy milk powder application solutions.
3. Full-process order management
A. Lead the process from sample testing, technical parameter confirmation to the signing of annual framework agreements (payment term ≤ 90 days).
B. Coordinate with the R&D team to solve customers' process adaptation issues (such as solubility optimization of spray-dried powder).
4. Cross-cultural risk control management
A. Ensure products comply with the regulations of the importing country (such as FDA, EU Organic, Halal certification).
B. Predict geopolitical risks (such as cross-border settlement , religious compliance in the Middle East, etc.).
5. Market intelligence construction
Monitor competitors' dynamics (such as international plant-based raw material giants) and submit the "Industrial Customer Demand Trend Report" for the responsible market quarterly.
任職要求:
1、2年以上食品原料/健康食品,海外B2B銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2、成功操作過(guò)工業(yè)原料供貨訂單者優(yōu)先;
3、有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)或食品工程背景優(yōu)先
4、每周工作5天,周末雙休,節(jié)假日正常休息,簽訂勞務(wù)合同
5、此崗位無(wú)需來(lái)司辦公,長(zhǎng)期駐外崗位,公司不提供居住場(chǎng)所
6、在當(dāng)?shù)厣?年以上優(yōu)先
Hard Requirements for the Position:
- More than 2 years of overseas B2B sales experience in food raw materials/health food;
- Priority will be given to those who have successfully handled industrial raw material supply orders;
- Those with team management experience or a food engineering background are preferred.
- The work schedule includes a five-day workweek with weekends off, public
holidays observed, and an employment contract signed.
- This is a fully remote position with no requirement to work onsite. The company does not provide accommodation. Candidates with stable residence in South Korea are preferred.
- Priority will be given to those who have lived locally for more than 5 years.
