The mission of Technical Manager is leading the process engineering team in designing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes.

1. Mentor the process engineering team. 2. Describes the production processes, based on input of various departments and through the analysis of production performance parameters, in order to identify anomalies, bottlenecks, and losses of quality and return. 3. Provide technical support and solutions to the production team for troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues. 4. Analyse process data and implement corrective actions to address deviations and non-conformances. 5. Develops proposals to optimize and improve existing processes, in order to contribute to the new, top-quality and cost efficient production processes. 6. Focus on process improvement, flexibility improvement between machines, to do deep study on deep-rooted problem. 7. Define and check the right parameters for new product developments together with development team. 8. Keep informed about new evolutions in yarns manufacturing. 9. Takes care and is responsible for that safety, health and environmental legislation are being respected by subordinates and cooperates therefore with SHE Manager. 10. Involved in and support new innovation and technical reform of products/process/machines.

任職資格：

1. Bachelor degree and above 2. 10+ years manufacturing process management working experience (preferred in materials or engineering industry) 3. Obtain knowledge and skills in safety, environmental protection and occupational health management 4. Familiar with ISO9001\ISO************ system 5. Recognize the concept of sustainability and possess certain professional knowledge.

6. Good knowledge of English.
