Strictly follow the requirements of the IATF16949 management system within the scope of responsibilities; 在職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)，嚴(yán)格按照IATF16949管理體系的要求執(zhí)行; Ensure the realization of the function KPI; 確保本職能KPI的實(shí)現(xiàn) Responsible for performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and solving a broad range of maintenance problems of varying scope and complexity for all equipment on site; 負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行計(jì)劃和非計(jì)劃維護(hù)和維修，解決各種各樣現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備的維修問(wèn)題; Continue improve maintenance process after SOP. 量產(chǎn)后，持續(xù)改進(jìn)維修過(guò)程。

Duties & Responsibilites / 職責(zé)和責(zé)任

Participate in new production line or project about Maintenance & Spare parts development; 在新生產(chǎn)線或新項(xiàng)目中參與維保和備件的開(kāi)發(fā); Responsible for define Spare parts and Emergency plan of equipmentt; 負(fù)責(zé)定義備件和設(shè)備應(yīng)急計(jì)劃; Trainning technician ，enhance the skill level of maintenance team; 培訓(xùn)維修技師，提升維修團(tuán)隊(duì)技能水平; ?Responsible for creating and maintain spare parts list and apply order new parts according to stock guideline; 負(fù)責(zé)創(chuàng)建和維護(hù)備件清單，并根據(jù)庫(kù)存策略申請(qǐng)采購(gòu)新備件 ; Responsible for analysis and resolve equipment problems，ensure rate of equipment utilization; 負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備問(wèn)題的分析和解決，確保設(shè)備利用率; Follow all safety policies and procedures strictly; 嚴(yán)格遵守所有安全政策和程序; Responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans, continuously improving the quality of maintenance work 負(fù)責(zé)制定和實(shí)施預(yù)防性維護(hù)計(jì)劃，不斷提高維護(hù)工作質(zhì)量;

持續(xù)推進(jìn)本部門的CIP，不斷降低維修維護(hù)成本。

Qualifications / 能力及素質(zhì)

Bachelor’s degree, major in Automation or Mechanical design in preferred; 本科學(xué)歷，自動(dòng)化，機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先; More than 5 years of maintenance experience in automated assembly linesy; 自動(dòng)化組裝線5年以上維護(hù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn); · Experience in debugging and maintaining one of Kuka, Fanuc, ABB's robots; 有調(diào)試和維護(hù)Kuka，發(fā)那科，ABB其中一種機(jī)器人的經(jīng)驗(yàn); Experience in debugging and maintaining visual testing systems; 有調(diào)試和維護(hù)視覺(jué)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn); ● Fluent the Siemens TIA Portal &S7-1500/1200 PLC 精通西門子博途及S7-1500/1200 PLC Responsible for the management of public facilities in the factory and implementing the company's energy-saving policies ;

負(fù)責(zé)工廠公共設(shè)施的管理，實(shí)施公司節(jié)能政策; Continuously promote department CIP , continuously reduce maintenance costs. English can be used as a working language
