Job purpose / 崗位目標(biāo)


· Implement and ensure in line with IATF16949 System.

Duties & Responsibilites / 職責(zé)和責(zé)任


· Build up production system according to IATF16949 requirement.

根據(jù)IATF16949要求建立車間生產(chǎn)體系；

· Create and maintain FMEA and CP.

創(chuàng)建和維護(hù)FMEA和CP；

· Continue improve process to improve efficiency and eliminate the risk （e.g., Quality, Safty, CT...）.

持續(xù)改進(jìn)已有的流程,以達(dá)到提高效率和消除風(fēng)險(xiǎn)（如：質(zhì)量，安全，節(jié)拍等等）

· Support to CIP when some idea related to process.

支持關(guān)于工藝的持續(xù)改善(CIP).

· Support to ECR management when change related to process.

支持關(guān)于工藝相關(guān)的工程變更.

· Lead 8D project when quality or safety happened related to process.

領(lǐng)導(dǎo)8D項(xiàng)目當(dāng)和過程相關(guān)的質(zhì)量或者安全發(fā)生時(shí).

· Lead process audit and support shop floor tour.

主導(dǎo)車間過程審核和支持車間參觀。

· Define WI and offer training to related employees

定義各種作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書并給相應(yīng)的員工提供培訓(xùn)

· To complete other tasks from direct leader.

完成上級(jí)交辦的其他工作



Qualifications / 能力及素質(zhì)


· Bachelor’s degree or above.

本科及以上學(xué)歷；

· Over 5 years’ experience of process engineer in automotive industrial (Prefer assembly experience).

至少5年汽車行業(yè)工藝工程師的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(有裝配線經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先)。

· Fluent English Skill

英語可以作為工作語言

· Familiar with FMEA, 8D, POKA YOKE, CAD

熟練使用FMEA, 8D, POKA YOKE, CAD
