Key Responsibilities:
? Sales Target Achievement: Deliver assigned sales KPIs for assigned
customers.
? Customer Experience Excellence: For high-potential customers with across
portfolios’ needs, provide unified communication and seamless customer
journeys, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive service and daily account
management.
? End-to-End Customer Interface: As a single point of contact, manage pre-
sales, in-process, and post-sales requirements for high-potential customers,
delivering one-stop services including quotation, leads and opportunities
processing and billing reconciliation.
? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with the portfolio sales
to align resources, resolve issues, and optimize customer service delivery.
? Value-Driven Solutions: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop
actionable plans to enhance customers ROI and long-term partnerships.
? Business Maintenance: Monitor account health, address risks, and implement
retention strategies to sustain customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biological, Material
Science or related fields.
? Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Life Science industry with focus on
Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Industry and Testing.
? Language: Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Skillset: Proven ability to collaborate across teams (e.g., sales, operations
teams).
? Agility to adapt to dynamic market conditions and embrace organizational
changes.
? Mindset: Results-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about delivering
customer-centric value.
