崗位要求:
1.Experience in PMP and 6 Sigma preferred(具備項(xiàng)目管理專業(yè)人士(PMP)和六西格瑪方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先)
2.5 years or above direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.(5 年或以上項(xiàng)目管理方面的直接工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),涵蓋流程開發(fā)及執(zhí)行的各個(gè)方面)
3.Demonstrated experience in personnel management.(具備人員管理方面的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn))

5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English and Mandarin are a Must (出色的溝通及人際交往能力,英語和普通話是必備技能)

7.B.A Degree or higher in business administration or Finance, Engineering degree or related job experience form EMS industry a significant plus;(擁有工商管理或金融學(xué)學(xué)士及以上學(xué)位,或者擁有工程學(xué)學(xué)位并有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(尤其是來自 EMS 行業(yè))將是一個(gè)極大的優(yōu)勢;)

崗位職責(zé):
1.Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.(與高層管理人員及利益相關(guān)者合作,明確項(xiàng)目范圍、目標(biāo)以及能夠支持業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)的可交付成果)
2.Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.(制定全面的項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃以及相關(guān)的溝通文件)
3.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.(以及時(shí)且清晰的方式向團(tuán)隊(duì)成員和相關(guān)方有效傳達(dá)項(xiàng)目預(yù)期目標(biāo))

5.Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
