1. 負(fù)責(zé)共享空間、藝術(shù)中心、商業(yè)綜合體、辦公、會(huì)所、酒店等場(chǎng)所市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓,制定并執(zhí)行年度/季度銷售計(jì)劃(B2B 與 B2C 兩個(gè)方向)
2. 深度訪談客戶,快速輸出“場(chǎng)地+餐飲+布景”等一體化方案
3. 根據(jù)淡旺季、活動(dòng)規(guī)模、客戶預(yù)算靈活進(jìn)行報(bào)價(jià)與合同談判
4. 負(fù)責(zé)銷售合同的簽訂與回款
5. 與會(huì)服、餐飲、工程、安保等團(tuán)隊(duì)召開(kāi)“活動(dòng)前協(xié)調(diào)會(huì)”,明確活動(dòng)開(kāi)場(chǎng)前等細(xì)節(jié),確保活動(dòng)準(zhǔn)備工作無(wú)疏漏,正常進(jìn)行
任職要求:
1. 具備兩年以上高端場(chǎng)地、酒店宴會(huì)或活動(dòng)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. 具有成功操盤100人以上活動(dòng)案例優(yōu)先考慮
3. 喜歡與人打交道、喜歡鏈接人脈并有能力轉(zhuǎn)化成客戶
4. 情商高、談判能力優(yōu)秀、抗壓能力強(qiáng)
5. 英文優(yōu)秀者優(yōu)先考慮

Key Responsibilities:

Drive market expansion for shared spaces, art centers, mixed-use complexes, offices, clubs, and hotels; craft and execute annual/quarterly sales plans (B2B & B2C).

Conduct in-depth client interviews to quickly deliver integrated “venue + catering + décor” solutions.
- Adapt pricing and negotiate contracts flexibly based on seasonality, event size, and client budget.
- Own contract signing and payment collection.
- Chair pre-event alignment meetings with service, catering, engineering, and security teams to lock in every detail, ensuring flawless execution.
Requirements
1. 2+ years selling premium venues, hotel banquets, or events.
2. Track record of managing events for 100+ guests preferred.
3. Enjoys networking and converting connections into clients.
4. High EQ, outstanding negotiation skills, and stress resilience.
5. Fluency in English is a plus.
