Job Description (此工作一直是江浙滬工廠出差的,如果需要辦公室工作的不要投遞) Coordination of Color Approval Workload Supervises color office processes. Reviews and schedules workload in the local color office team. Assures timely processing of submits to achieve the goal for lab dip cycle time. Assures proper maintenance of all approved dip records. Closely co-operates with Global Sourcing to ensure timely and high quality delivery. Manages color standards and ensures proper distribution. Evaluation of Lab Dip Submits Reads lab dips relative to their standards using the spectrophotometer. Reviews dip spectral readings with Assistants. Rejects or approves dips based on clients’ approval guidelines Evaluation of Bulk Fabrics Evaluates 1st dyelots from selected mills(solid colors) Approves or rejects based on approval guidelines. Pre-screens bulk fabrics for clients. Reviews and works with vendors/mills on unacceptable color matches, Answers any questions or concerns with regard to clients’ color requirements Evaluate color for trims and accessories. Provides technical input as appropriate for color matching problems. Helps to communicate clear vision to local color office team, MRs, vendors and mills regarding clients’ color initiatives and process. Recommends corrective actions based on visual and spectral readings. Communicates color results to MRs, vendors and mills. Communicates poor color execution from vendors and mills to MR and TCPS Supervisor. Provides training to vendors and merchants. Requirements: Degree holder of Textile Technology or related disciplines Min. 7 years of related working experience in Home textiles industry MUST have Excellent English and Mandarin written and oral communication skills Computer literate, understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, email based communication Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills Ability to manage and lead people Ability to think strategically Ability to evaluate color using a spectrophotometer 原標(biāo)題:《顏色技術(shù)員Color Technician》
