Responsibilities: 職責(zé) -Carry out or arrange translation (English-Chinese or Chinese-English) of Project Documents. 對項(xiàng)目文檔進(jìn)行英漢雙向翻譯。 -Familiar with and able to set up documentation system 熟悉且能夠建立文檔體系文件 -Assist management with routine work such as meeting arrangement, paperwork and executive work. 協(xié)助管理日常工作,如會(huì)議安排,書面工作及執(zhí)行 -Format documents, publish and archive all documents according to process; 調(diào)整文檔或圖紙格式,對所有文檔按照流程進(jìn)行發(fā)布?xì)w檔; -Establish a proper documentation system to provide support to the project teams 為支持項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì),建立合適的文檔系統(tǒng) Requirements: 要求 -Associate or Bachelor degree, majoring in English or Information Management 大?;虮究茖W(xué)歷,英語或信息管理專業(yè)。 -1-2 years document control related working experience in construction company 1-2年在建筑公司的文檔管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) -Proficient in applicable software of word, excel, powerpoint, teams, sharepoint etc. 精通word, excel, powerpoint, teams, sharepoint等應(yīng)用軟件 -Good translation skills,CET-4 or above. 優(yōu)秀的翻譯技能,大學(xué)英語四級(jí)及以上。 -Effective communication and coordination skills 有效的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力 -Self-motivated and ability to work independently 獨(dú)立工作并積極主動(dòng) -Excellent team-work spirit 出色的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神 Working place: Beijing 北京 Base on site 駐現(xiàn)場
