崗位職責(zé) Job Responsibilities: 1.負(fù)責(zé)客戶關(guān)系維護(hù),定期跟進(jìn)客戶需求,處理客戶咨詢。 Maintain customer relationships, regularly follow up on customer enquiries. 2.維護(hù)客戶數(shù)據(jù)庫,定期更新客戶反饋與需求記錄。 Maintain customer database, regularly update feedback and requirement records. 3.收集市場與競品信息。 Collect market and competitor information, market intelligence. 4.制作并管理報價單、合同及其他銷售文檔。 Prepare and manage quotations, contracts, and other sales documents. 5.協(xié)助制作投標(biāo)文件,包括技術(shù)方案、商務(wù)條款及資質(zhì)文件整理。 Assist in preparing tender documents, including technical proposals, commercial terms, and qualification materials. 6.參與公司產(chǎn)品手冊、宣傳資料的編輯與更新。 Participate in editing and updating company product manuals and promotional materials. 7.協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部部門(技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)、物流)以確保訂單順利執(zhí)行。 Coordinate with internal departments (technical, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution. 任職要求 Qualifications: 1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場營銷、國際貿(mào)易或機(jī)械類相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marketing, International Trade, or Mechanical Engineering preferred. 2.2年以上銷售支持或客戶服務(wù)經(jīng)驗,油氣裝備行業(yè)背景優(yōu)先。 2+ years of sales support or customer service experience, oil & gas industry background is a plus. 3.熟練使用Office(Excel/PPT/Word),具備基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PPT/Word), basic data analysis skills. 4.英語聽說讀寫流利(需提供語言證明),掌握第二外語(如俄語、阿拉伯語)者優(yōu)先。 Fluent in English (certificate required), second foreign language (e.g., Russian, Arabic) is a plus. 5. 責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具備良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊協(xié)作精神。 Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
