Manage and direct site maintenance team on customer site, including cooperate with customer and internal Dematic, commissioning, repair, maintenance, training, spare parts management and promotion, system audit, M&U recommendation, etc.

The position holder is responsible for service sales to ensure tasks completed.

服務(wù)銷(xiāo)售工作 Service Sales Workload - 80%
1. To analyze the existing and potential customer base and to formulate the successful strategies to promote Dematic service, solutions and products in the mentioned industry in the Chinese market by working closely with sales and sale support team; To conduct customer visits/presentations, proactively educate and guide customers;
2. To promote service and service products sales, include but not limit to PO, FO, SP, MU and IT etc.

4. Be responsible for the biding, to lead to orders through various types of channels to assure sales revenue target;
5. To strictly execute the entire Dematic service sales process from marketing, acquisition and sales right up to closing of orders and meet the ambitious budget;
6. To systematically analyze service sales project opportunities using the Dematic tools, timely report on progress and situations, and provide feasible proposals for management decision;
7. To create trust and strong relationship at all levels in the customer organization, such as but not limited to, decision makers, top management, project team etc., to get deal done;
8. To work and communicate effectively with marketing, sales support team, and other internal parties, and guide all the efforts to sellable proposals/ solutions;
9. Communicate Dematic expectations to the suppliers/customers.
10. Follow up project schedule to understand every key point with each supplier to meet project requirement.
11. To timely submit reports/documents/proposals and update information with high quality. Key window for customer service, and taking the lead in the process of service, etc.

1. Responsible for people development, to bring maintenance staff to next level through coaching and training.
2. Ensure that all employees / contractors and all activities meet applicable Dematic management systems (e.g., EHS, Controls and Quality).

1. To ensure compliance with laws, regulations and Group EHS requirements, during equipment / facility running and maintenance process.
2. SHE leadership – uphold the highest SHE standard and practices, foster the desired safety culture & behaviors, competency and leadership in the service team.
3. Report, investigate and learn from all incidents and near misses, eliminate root causes. Meet SHE and process safety targets

1. Work actively to remove barriers to help ensure maintenance / project / turn-around work activities meet its cost and time delivery goals.5
2. Responsible for managing maintenance activities within the budget, identify and capture efficiencies and prioritize work commitments, etc.
Good spoken and written English.
Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office very well.

84 Three (minimum) - Five-year experience in service sales and service management.
