職位描述

貿(mào)易/進(jìn)出口
崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)新客戶開發(fā)與現(xiàn)有客戶跟進(jìn)，定期完成客戶的項(xiàng)目總結(jié)
2、負(fù)責(zé)訂單售中管理，跟進(jìn)工廠生產(chǎn)及發(fā)貨進(jìn)度，通過郵件及定期電話會議與客戶同步關(guān)鍵信息，及時處理訂單變更與異常情況
3、處理客戶售后問題，協(xié)同工廠、銷售支持等部門排查原因，推動解決方案實(shí)施并跟蹤閉環(huán)
4、推進(jìn)跨部門協(xié)作與溝通，推動信息同步與資源調(diào)配，保障訂單問題高效解決，降低投訴風(fēng)險
5、完成日常銷售支持工作，包括單據(jù)處理、文件整理、圖紙審核與整理、銷售數(shù)據(jù)匯總及會議組織與記錄等
6、負(fù)責(zé)公司銷售OA系統(tǒng)及內(nèi)部軟件的日常管理與維護(hù)，推進(jìn)流程的執(zhí)行
7、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作

任職要求：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，國際貿(mào)易、英語、商務(wù)管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先，英語6級以上，具備良好的商務(wù)英語溝通能力
2、3年以上商務(wù)或外貿(mào)訂單管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備工廠對接及訂單全流程跟蹤經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3、精通跨部門協(xié)作與問題解決，細(xì)致積極、邏輯清晰，具備較強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力、責(zé)任心及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識
