Position Summary:
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for rubber products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Reports to the Engineering Manager, interacts with QA, Production, Accounting, Planning departments, outside
with suppliers and customers, etc.
Job Responsibility:
1. Process Development & Optimization
- Organize technical review in advance with internal department and Customer.
- Develop new product manufacturing processes, conduct feasibility studies.
- Work with tooling design and material development teams to ensure products delivery with expected quality
- Analyze and enhance existing processes
2. Quality & Tools
- Implement quality control measures (SPC, root cause analysis, IATF standards).
- Familiar to problem solving analysis tools: 8D, DOE, A3, and lean system
3. Troubleshooting & Efficiency
- Resolve production issues (e.g., cycle time reduction, defect minimization).
- Lead cost-saving initiatives
4. Documentation & Training
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and train operators
- Set up BOM and routing for new products
5. Project management
- Lead project development as standard procedure in BPM,
- Kick off JR for assigned projects in BPM
Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in Polymer Material / Engineering, PMP certification is
preferred.
? Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience of rubber product development in Automotive or life sciences
industries, familiar to Compression molding and bonding process is preferred.
? Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management.
? Special Knowledge: Knowledge of rubber materials and manufacturing process; better understanding of ISO 13485 system and IATF16949 system

2. 質(zhì)量與工具
- 實施質(zhì)量控制措施（SPC、根本原因分析、IATF標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）。
- 熟悉問題解決分析工具：8D、DOE、A3及精益系統(tǒng)
3. 故障排除與效率提升
- 解決生產(chǎn)問題（如縮短周期時間、減少缺陷）。
- 推動成本節(jié)約舉措
4. 文檔與培訓(xùn)
- 制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序（SOP）、工作指令并培訓(xùn)操作人員
- 建立新產(chǎn)品的物料清單（BOM）和工藝路線
5. 項目管理
- 作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程在BPM中領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項目開發(fā)，
- 在BPM中啟動分配項目的JR
資格要求：
? 教育背景：本科及以上學(xué)歷。專業(yè)為聚合物材料/工程，PMP認(rèn)證優(yōu)先。
? 經(jīng)驗：汽車或生命科學(xué)行業(yè)橡膠產(chǎn)品開發(fā)至少5年經(jīng)驗，熟悉模壓和粘接工藝者優(yōu)先。
? 軟技能：具備良好的溝通能力、問題解決能力和項目管理能力。
? 專業(yè)知識：了解橡膠材料及制造工藝；對ISO 13485體系和IATF16949體系有更深入的理解。
