  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic marketing planning is required, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • A deep understanding of the 360° marketing landscape, encompassing traditional media, digital marketing, social media, e-commerce and experiential marketing, is crucial.
  • The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment while also being able to work independently.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies are essential.
  • Able to clearly articulate complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform category situation or campaign development.
  • Develop comprehensive results-driven marketing plans (bilingual English & Chinese) aligned with client objectives, brand positioning and category communication needs.
  • Identify and recommend the most effective marketing channels for each campaign.
  • Partner with the Creative Director and the rest of the extended teams across domains to translate strategic goals into compelling narratives and creative concepts.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend adjustments to optimize results.
  • Experience working with B2B-related industries (e.g., tech, healthcare, industrial) and marketing communications in other markets beyond China is a plus.
  • A passion for storytelling and understanding on how to connect with audiences strategically.
