Key Responsibilities：
? Compile and revise the “Production’s Checking Regulation”, “Materials Acceptance Regulation and Checking Regulation”;
? Analyze the unqualified productions, and get the solutions;
? Responsible for managing the ICM&CCM and customer feedbacks;
? Supervise the process of complaints, and update the documents of ICM&CCM, And report the related information to Plant Manager;
? Arrange the inspector to do on-site checking on the problems in production, and coordinate with the relevant departments to solve the problems;
? Coordinate with the related person to send out the reproduced products;
? Coordinate with the related person to return the products with problems to the company for problem analysis;
? Conduct the department attendance management;
? Improve the ISO system and organize the related person to carry on the internal audit and official audit;
? Supervise the quality management for whole manufacturing process,
? Other assignments as required by Management.

Education
College Degree or equivalent education level
Relevant Experience
5+ years’ working experience
Language Skills
Excellent in both oral & written English
