Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above (any major).
2.3+ years of user operations experience, preferably with a large platform. Expertise in new user acquisition or traffic channel development is a plus.
3.Proficient in user operations tools/methodologies, with strong analytical and market insight skills.
4.Excellent cross-team collaboration skills and a mindset for improving efficiency through structured processes.
5.Strong communication skills and resilience to drive projects under pressure.
