崗位職責(zé)
1、負(fù)責(zé)沙特地區(qū)運(yùn)力供應(yīng)商的管理與運(yùn)營(yíng)，保障騎手資源穩(wěn)定高效供給。?
2、參與運(yùn)力供應(yīng)商相關(guān)物流配送項(xiàng)目（如供應(yīng)商運(yùn)力提升、合作流程優(yōu)化等），從需求調(diào)研、方案設(shè)計(jì)到落地執(zhí)行、效果復(fù)盤，確保項(xiàng)目達(dá)成預(yù)期目標(biāo)。?
3、結(jié)合產(chǎn)品運(yùn)營(yíng)思維，對(duì)接內(nèi)部產(chǎn)品團(tuán)隊(duì)，推動(dòng)運(yùn)力供應(yīng)商管理相關(guān)產(chǎn)品功能迭代，通過(guò)產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化提升商管理效率與騎手服務(wù)質(zhì)量，達(dá)成降本增效目標(biāo)。?
4、跟蹤關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)（如供應(yīng)商履約率、騎手配送時(shí)效、服務(wù)投訴率等），定期數(shù)據(jù)分析復(fù)盤，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)合作及管理中的問(wèn)題，制定改進(jìn)方案并推動(dòng)落地。???
5、完成其他相關(guān)指派工作任務(wù)。
1.Be responsible for the management and operation of capacity suppliers in Saudi Arabia, ensuring the stable and efficient supply of rider resources.
2.Participate in logistics and delivery projects related to capacity suppliers (such as supplier capacity enhancement, cooperation process optimization, etc.), covering demand research, solution design, implementation, and result review, to ensure that projects meet expected goals.
3.Integrate product operation thinking, connect with the internal product team, promote the iteration of product functions related to capacity supplier management, and improve supplier management efficiency and rider service quality through product optimization to achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
4.Track key indicators (such as supplier fulfillment rate, rider delivery timeliness, service complaint rate, etc.), conduct regular data analysis and review, promptly identify problems in cooperation and management, formulate improvement plans, and promote their implementation.
5.Complete other relevant assigned tasks.
崗位基本需求
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，物流管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。?
2、3 年及以上物流配送相關(guān)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備產(chǎn)品運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，熟悉物流配送流程及供應(yīng)商管理邏輯。?
3、英語(yǔ)熟練，聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫能力良好，能順利開(kāi)展商務(wù)溝通與合作談判。?
4、具備較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目管理與數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，能推進(jìn)供應(yīng)商相關(guān)項(xiàng)目，通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)洞察問(wèn)題并結(jié)合產(chǎn)品思維提出解決方案，熟悉中東當(dāng)?shù)匚锪骷皠趧?dòng)相關(guān)政策優(yōu)先。?
5、有出色的溝通協(xié)調(diào)與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力，解決問(wèn)題能力強(qiáng)，工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，執(zhí)行力與目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向明確。
1.Bachelor's degree or above; majors in logistics management, supply chain management, or related fields are preferred.
2.At least 3 years of experience in the operation and management of logistics and delivery-related projects; experience in product operations is preferred; familiarity with logistics and delivery processes and supplier management logic.
3.Proficient in English with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to smoothly carry out business communication and cooperation negotiations.
4.Strong project management and data analysis capabilities; able to promote supplier-related projects, identify problems through data insights, and propose solutions with product thinking; familiarity with local logistics and labor-related policies in the Middle East is preferred.
5.Excellent communication, coordination, and team cooperation skills; strong ability to solve problems; serious and responsible in work; with clear execution and goal orientation.
