Job Responsibilities
1. Manage and motivate the sales team, develop sales strategies based on ET's strategic requirements, to achieve and ensure maximum sales in the jurisdictional area, and bring maximum benefits to the company
2. Complete, organize, and monitor the company's passenger sales and market goals, define, record, and implement sales based on the set goals to gain customers
3. Supervise the daily work and operation of the ticketing department and airport operation department, provide overall products that conform to the image of high-quality service providers of airlines, enhance brand image, and increase sales
4. Guide, manage, and supervise the relevant work of the sales department, regularly evaluate goals and performance to ensure the smooth progress of daily work, regularly visit agents, corporate clients, and related partners, maintain good cooperative relationships, and timely understand the market to achieve better sales performance
5. Guide and assist in the implementation of value-added products in the market to further optimize and increase revenue, and bring the greatest impact to the market
6. Determine and allocate the work of employees in various positions reasonably, effectively cover customers in the jurisdiction area, and maintain consistency in team goals
7. Collect and organize competitors' pricing, promotions, and other commercial activities in the region to ensure that the headquarters is always aware of the local situation
8. Maintain contact with the freight department, revenue department, and major customer department at headquarters to ensure good sales
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Job Requirements
1. Fluent English speaking and writing skills
2. Possess excellent negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity. Possess good communication skills, excellent organization, communication, interpersonal relationships, and leadership abilities in multinational and multicultural environments. Able to work under pressure
3. Possess high initiative, sense of responsibility, good at analysis, and able to keep up with market trends in a timely manner
4. More than 5 years of work experience in the same position, familiar with the market, skilled in airline sales and team management experience, able to effectively develop plans and control budgets

3. 監(jiān)督票務(wù)部、機(jī)場(chǎng)操作部門的日常工作運(yùn)作, 提供符合航空公司優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)供應(yīng)商形象的整體產(chǎn)品, 提升品牌形象并增加銷售
4. 指導(dǎo),管理和監(jiān)督銷售部門的相關(guān)工作, 定期評(píng)估目標(biāo)和業(yè)績(jī)以確保日常工作的順利進(jìn)行, 定期拜訪代理,企業(yè)客戶以及相關(guān)合作伙伴,保持良好的合作關(guān)系, 及時(shí)了解市場(chǎng)以便獲得更好的銷售業(yè)績(jī)
5. 指導(dǎo)及協(xié)助開發(fā)增值產(chǎn)品在市場(chǎng)上的實(shí)施, 以進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化和提高收入,給市場(chǎng)帶來最大的影響
6. 確定并合理分配各崗位員工工作, 有效的覆蓋所管轄區(qū)域的客戶, 保持團(tuán)隊(duì)目標(biāo)一致
7. 收集和整理競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手在該區(qū)域內(nèi)的定價(jià), 促銷和其它商業(yè)活動(dòng),以確??偛侩S時(shí)了解當(dāng)?shù)厍闆r
8. 與總部的運(yùn)價(jià)部門,收益部門,大客戶部門保持聯(lián)系,以確保良好的銷售
9. 完成上級(jí)交代的其它任務(wù)
任職要求:
1. 具有流利的英語口語和書寫能力
2. 具有良好的談判能力,解決能力,以及良好的創(chuàng)造性,在多國和多元文化環(huán)境中具有良好的交際能力,優(yōu)秀的組織,溝通,人際關(guān)系和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,能在壓力下工作
3. 具備高度的主動(dòng)性,責(zé)任心,善于分析能及時(shí)跟上市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)
4. 5年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉市場(chǎng),擅長(zhǎng)航空公司銷售并具有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),能夠有效的制定計(jì)劃以及控制預(yù)算
