Job Responsibilities,
1、為客戶進(jìn)行租船訂艙，聯(lián)系車(chē)輛安排提箱、產(chǎn)裝等事宜 Operations of Booking, inland trucking, customs clearance and other related work. 2、繕制單證，系統(tǒng)錄入貨物信息，跟蹤整體操作流程Make & review documents, record cargo details in the company's internal system, and tracking of cargo
3、與客戶、車(chē)隊(duì)、訂艙代理等溝通，安排貨物的出口相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù);
Communicate with customers, truck companies, customs brokers, carriers & etc. to arrange details of cargo export operations. 4、提單核對(duì)，代投保險(xiǎn)，跟蹤貨物信息，處理客戶反饋問(wèn)題。 Check the bill of lading, insure, follow up customer requirements. 任職要求 Job Requirements: 1、善于學(xué)習(xí)，有上進(jìn)心，樂(lè)觀積極，溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng)Good at learning, self-motivated, optimistic and positive, strong communication and coordination skills.
2、了解基本的進(jìn)出口物流操作流程，了解國(guó)際貿(mào)易基本術(shù)語(yǔ) Understand the basic import and export logistics operation process, and 3、有較強(qiáng)責(zé)任感和主人翁意識(shí)，積極主動(dòng)為客戶解決進(jìn) 出口問(wèn)題

6、熟練應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)辦公軟件和網(wǎng)絡(luò)郵件，熟練使用各種網(wǎng)絡(luò)即時(shí)溝通工具，打字速度較快Proficient in computer office software and network mail, proficient in using various network instant communication tools, and fast typing
