? 3to 5 years of experience in a closely related service & product area

? Expertise in strategic planning, business and market analysis

? The focus is to optimize the original part offering, customer price, positioning while supporting sales and service teams with training, related material and physical help when necessary.
? Contributes and implement to the assigned Solution assortment strategy development.
Key deliverables (maximum 5):
? Delivers the professional service image in the industry base on this position design & provide the good service module( such as ISAl) & technical support;
? Deliver the selling material for service team, including technical and competence training, service tools management
? Organize campaigns and activities to promote original part sales and DeLaval In service brand;
? OP monthly forecast review
? Training center management ( build the internal & external training process )
