Your Responsibilities
1) Meeting customer requirements & AT&S roadmap development.
2) Smooth implementation and timely completion of tasks/projects.
3) Clear communication with related departments during activities execution.
4) Documentation updates in AT&S system.
5) Meeting yield target & shipment schedule.
6) Meeting safe working environment.
7) Flexible working hour based on project necessities.
8) Good communication with related reporting line.
9) Willing to guide and share technical know-how & documentation preparation to team members.
10) Litho Traceability development
11) Plating Traceability development
12) Back-end Traceability development
13) Lab/measurement Traceability development
14) Traceability Application development

Your Profile
1) Minimum education level from Bachelor Degree in engineering basis.
2) Knowledge of project management, data analysis and design of experiments.
3) Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO/ IATF16949)
4) Familiar with quality tools like SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP…
5) Minimum 3 years of Engineering experience in IC-Substrate, HDI-PCB, Assembly, IC-Packaging or related industry.
6) Minimum 2 years working experience with multinational or intercultural teams.
7) Good analytical skills with attention to details.
8) Good stress management skills
9) Fluent written and oral English (Mandarin would be of advantage)
10) Open minded approach and willing to overcome new challenges.
11) Good team working spirit
12) Good communication and negotiation skills
13) Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
14) Willingness to travel and stay abroad for certain period of time.
