自控系統(tǒng)PLC人工智能電子/半導(dǎo)體/集成電路工業(yè)自動化
[崗位職責(zé)]:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)公司智能工廠相關(guān)硬件的開發(fā)、維護(hù)和升級,包括領(lǐng)導(dǎo)參與技術(shù)方案的規(guī)劃、評估和實(shí)施,設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告的編寫等。
2. 負(fù)責(zé)電器領(lǐng)域的設(shè)計(jì)、驗(yàn)證、方案的編制和實(shí)施
3. 與內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)以及外部供應(yīng)商保持溝通交流,跟蹤自動化、智能化的發(fā)展趨勢,提供專業(yè)的技術(shù)解決方案。
4. 負(fù)責(zé)包括機(jī)器人,AGV等自動化設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試,交付實(shí)施。
5. 自動化設(shè)備樣機(jī)的開發(fā),測試和改進(jìn),解決技術(shù)難題。
6. 負(fù)責(zé)對應(yīng)自動化設(shè)備技術(shù)規(guī)范文檔的建立和管理。
任職資格/崗位要求:
1. 大學(xué)本科及本科以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械、電氣、自動化等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2. 具備較強(qiáng)的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃能力,熟悉至少一種主流就工業(yè)機(jī)器人(如 ABB、kuka,fanuc等)。
3. 熟練應(yīng)用PLC編程,如西門子1500系列,博圖軟件應(yīng)用開發(fā)等。
4. 掌握弱電、強(qiáng)電控制理論,可繪制電氣圖,能獨(dú)立完成控制部分的設(shè)計(jì)等工作+
5. 熟悉PLC,單片機(jī)等下位機(jī)系統(tǒng),具有和下位機(jī)系統(tǒng)通訊的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
6. 精通TCP/IP協(xié)議、路由和交換技術(shù),對網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)有深入的理解。
7. 良好的溝通和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,能編寫項(xiàng)目的需求分析和設(shè)計(jì)文檔。
8. 5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Job Responsibilities]:
1. Responsible for the development, maintenance and upgrade of the company's smart factory related hardware, including leading and participating in the planning, evaluation and implementation of technical solutions, and the preparation of design reports.
2. Responsible for the design, verification, preparation and implementation of the scheme in the field of electrical appliances
3. Maintain communication with internal teams and external suppliers, track the development trend of automation and intelligence, and provide professional technical solutions.
4. Responsible for the installation, commissioning, delivery and implementation of automation equipment including robots and AGVs.
5. Development, testing and improvement of automation equipment prototypes to solve technical problems.
6. Responsible for the establishment and management of technical specifications of corresponding automation equipment.
Qualifications/Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, automation and other related majors.
2. Have strong design and planning ability, familiar with at least one mainstream industrial robot (such as ABB, kuka, fanuc, etc.).
3. Proficient in PLC programming, such as Siemens 1500 series, Botu software application development, etc.
4. Master the theory of weak current and strong current control, be able to draw electrical diagrams, and be able to independently complete the design of the control part+
5. Familiar with PLC, single-chip microcomputer and other lower computer systems, with experience in communicating with lower computer systems.
6. Proficient in TCP/IP protocol, routing and switching technology, and have an in-depth understanding of network architecture.
7. Good communication and team spirit, able to write project requirements analysis and design documents.
8. More than 5 years working experience.
