Role Description & Responsibilities
? Control and approve orders and renewals in compliance with Dassault Systèmes policies and rules. Train and advise Sales Organizations and Partners on executing the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.
? Respond to Non-Technical Service Requests or Hotline calls from Asia partners in timely manner with proper solution
? Maintain documents and guidelines by coordinating with stakeholders within and outside the Sales Business Administration organization and support smooth month-end and quarter-end closing.
? Manage and deliver trainings sessions to internal groups or external partners on regular basis for OTC related topics
? Act as a major support member for Worldwide and/or Asia OTC-related projects, including the integration of newly acquired companies.
? Support Order Management and Sales Administration teams in improving the OTC process and reporting, including day-to-day operations.
? Assist Sales Organizations and Distributors in implementing guidance from Worldwide Sales Business Administration Asia, Order Management Asia, Legal, and Finance.
? Identify opportunities for system enhancements and collaborate with the project team, including teams from other countries.
Qualifications
? College degree or equivalent educational background
? Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in multinational companies, with at least 3 years in order management or sales administration
? Strong experience in Order-to-Cash processes using ERP systems
? Experience in project management, project support, and process improvement initiatives
? Logical thinking, familiarity with RPA development/usage, AI applications, programming, and automation scripting (not mandatory but a plus)
? Fluent in English and Mandarin as mandatory language requirements, other languages skills such as Korean, Japanese or French would be welcomed as well
? Strong Communication skills and good team player

資格
?大學(xué)本科或同等學(xué)歷
