Main functions主要職責(zé):
Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support the company business strategies 制定銷售計劃并完成,支持全公司的業(yè)務(wù)計劃。
Visit customers actively to understand their development status and needs, to strengthen customer relations and to develop more business. 拜訪客戶,了解客戶的需求,強化客戶關(guān)系,拓寬業(yè)務(wù)。
Actively explore new customer and new sales opportunities to continuously broaden the business platform 開拓新客戶,尋找其他銷售機會,拓寬業(yè)務(wù)范圍。
Collect market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development, to identify business opportunities and to recommend new way of doing business. 積極收集市場信息,熟悉競爭對手和市場發(fā)展趨向,發(fā)現(xiàn)商機和拓展業(yè)務(wù)方法。
Take on related customer account management, including sales forecast, promotion,delivery, order handling, customer care & quality claim, customer traning and payment follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.客戶相關(guān)的管理,提高客戶滿意度,包括銷售預(yù)測、產(chǎn)品推廣、發(fā)貨、訂單處理、現(xiàn)場客服&質(zhì)量索賠、客戶培訓(xùn)及貨款跟蹤。
Coordinate internally with related departments the necessary information and actions to comply with sales objectives. 與內(nèi)部相關(guān)部門協(xié)調(diào)必要的信息和行動,以達到銷售目標(biāo)。
Support in product development when necessary to get new business opportunities. 必要時支持產(chǎn)品開發(fā)以獲得新的業(yè)務(wù)機會。
Requirements of the job 崗位要求:
At least 3 years of related AFM bearing experience or automotive spare parts experience with basic English skills,better to have both.
3年以上售后市場軸承銷售或汽車(特別是商用車)零配件銷售經(jīng)驗,兼具更佳。
Talented with customer relations/resources and AFM BD abilities.
極佳的售后客戶關(guān)系/售后客戶資源和售后業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)能力。
Excellent logical thinking ability.
優(yōu)秀的邏輯思維能力。
Better to have fluent English Skills.
流利的英語優(yōu)先。
Willing to travel, spend more time with AFM customers, back to JX regularly and homebase rest of the time.
居家辦公!接受長期出差,定期回嘉興公司匯報,大部分時間做售后市場下沉工作和客戶共處,其余時間居家辦公。
Command of the Microsoft Office software.
熟悉OFFICE辦公軟件。
Strong sense of customer service, can conduct trainings/customer care for AFM customers.
良好的客戶服務(wù)意識,能給售后客戶提供相關(guān)培訓(xùn)及現(xiàn)場客服支持。
