1. To provide commercial excellence supports:
1.1 To assist to implement commercial excellence initiatives within China mainland or designated business areas or geographic territories under the set targets
1.2 To regularly conduct sales business data analysis as required, make sure data quality which support daily business
1.3 To monitor business opportunities progresses with commercial organization leaders, collect and identify pending problems
1.4 To organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings, and prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
1.5 To provide support on the preparation of regional monthly performance review
1.6 To provide support on local customer segmentation implementation
1.7 To provide support on local KAM management
1.8 To provide bidding supports
1.9 To provide commercial activities/events support
2. To provide supports and coordination to business/strategy projects/plans for in-time deployment and implementation with set targets:
2.1 To provide support on formulate the business plan for China and China 5Y planning. Being as liaison to support project developer/enabler to systemize strategy execution through the cascade of targets and plans
2.2 To document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
2.3 To facilitate frequent follow-up of plans at business team and functional level, chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
2.4 To provide routine oversight, analysis of delivery data and timely reporting as required
3. To take on other tasks as assigned according to immediate manager’s instruction or company needs
