Responsibilities 工作職責(zé): 1. Issue offer & new contracts in line with company’s standard format and procedure, focusing on service like calibration, repair and warranty, upgrade, spare etc. 根據(jù)公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模板制作合同及報(bào)價(jià),主要是服務(wù)部分比如校準(zhǔn),維保,升級(jí),備件等。 2. Service contract processing in SAP, e.g. sales order, purchase order, delivery, invoice handling etc. 服務(wù)合同等在SAP中的處理,比如銷(xiāo)售訂單,采購(gòu)訂單,收發(fā)貨,發(fā)票等。 3. Cooperate with Service sales, Customer Service Representative, finance etc, ensure the contracts are correctly executed. 配合服務(wù)銷(xiāo)售,售后服務(wù)代表,財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén)等,確保合同的正確執(zhí)行。 4. Liaise with customers for any contract processing problems. 協(xié)調(diào)客戶處理有關(guān)合同執(zhí)行方面的問(wèn)題 5. Maintain contract files in line with company standards. 根據(jù)公司要求歸檔合同文件 6. Other task as per company’s needs. 公司要求的其他工作 Qualifications 職位要求: 1. Bachelor degree or above in foreign trade, logistics, English or related major. 外貿(mào)、物流、英語(yǔ)或其它相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè),本科及以上學(xué)歷 2. Min. of 3 years work experience in commercial or foreign trade or related field. 三年以上商務(wù)、外貿(mào)或其它相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 3. 2 years SAP SD module experience. 兩年以上SAP系統(tǒng)使用經(jīng)驗(yàn) 4. Fluent reading and written English. 流利的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力 5. Good communication skill 良好的溝通技巧 6. Strong sense of responsibility 有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心 7. Be willing to learn and able to work under pressure 樂(lè)于學(xué)習(xí)并能在壓力下工作
