Main Duties 工作職責:
Preventive maintenance for equipments is often made, such as refrigerating circulation system, cooling water system, steaming system, air-condition system and washhouse.
對于制冷循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、冷卻水系統(tǒng)、蒸汽系統(tǒng)、空調系統(tǒng)的設備及洗衣房的相關設備進行經(jīng)常性的預防性維修。
Administration 管理職責:
According to company’s policy, report all utilities consumption, weekly staff attendance record, medical or vacation leave, correspondence and purchase requisition, store control and inventory, analyze complaints, working progress and lists, deal with maintenance, and hold staff meeting regularly.
根據(jù)公司的政策,每月上報所有設備的損耗、員工的出勤狀況、病假和休假、回函、采購要求、儲備控制及存貨清單,分析投訴的原因、工作進度和各種清單,處理維修任務,召開員工日常會議。
Technical Responsibilities 技術責任:
Supervise all technical problems and solve great difficulties himself.
指導解決所有技術性問題-并親自排除大的維修問題。
Take charge of electricity distribution, such as electricity supplying system, transformers, main and sub-switch panels, lighting system, neon lights, batteries for telephone lines, sockets and plugs, electrical wires and conduits.
負責配電系統(tǒng)如供電系統(tǒng)、變壓器、主開關和分開關控制板、燈光系統(tǒng)、霓虹燈、電話線用蓄電池組、插座與插頭、電線和管道。
Take charge of refrigerating system such as freezing water, condensation circulation system, cooling tower, air handling units, steaming system, water pumping station, laundry, kitchen and other relevant facilities.
負責制冷系統(tǒng)如冷凍水、冷凝水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、冷卻塔、新風系統(tǒng)、蒸汽系統(tǒng)、水泵系統(tǒng)、洗衣房、廚房及其相關設備。
Lift, sound and TV.
電梯、音響和電視。
Filter system, ductwork and swimming pool’s equipments.
過濾系統(tǒng)、管道系統(tǒng)和游泳池設備。
Hotel functions.
飯店的活動。
The whole building’s maintenance.
整個大樓的維護保養(yǎng)。
Keep the area and equipments in good condition.
保持其轄區(qū)一流的衛(wèi)生及設備良好運行狀況。
