Job Specification 1. Coordinate project team member for ensuring the achievement of planned project target based on the goal of minimal cost, time limit, quality requirements, customer satisfaction, environmental laws and the official regulations. 2. Plan machine capacity, personnel investment, and the utilization ratio for customer projects. 3. Support to handle complaints under the leadership of Quality Assurance Department. 4. Help formulate the technical instruction for the purchase of production equipment and capital goods. 5. Compare the plan/actual data (quality, time limit and cost). 6. Change Management and Customer contact window. 7. In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, staffs are obligated to handle specific operational tasks according to the instructions of leaders.
Qualification Requirement 1. Technical background. 2. Knowledge of languages: Chinese, English and German desirable. 3. International mobility and communication capability. 4. Pleasure in making contacts, readiness to take action, flexibility and capacity to deal with pressure. 5. High problem solving skills, strength of implementation. 6. Be liable to obey related articles on quality, work safety and environmental protection necessary to the work. 7. High skill and experience of project management.
