Job Responsibilities:
1.Maintain and expand existing business with Tier 1 & Tier 2 accounts through quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
2.Develop understanding of China Market and identify new target customers through market analysis.
3.Extract key insights for customer development and go-to-market strategies to support the business strategic initiatives and drive growth.
4.Push the strategy to China Sales Director and Sales Managers with China General Manager’s support.
5.Meet with key account customers quarterly with HVACR group to improve relationships.
6.Assist in developing HVACR-specific marketing plans with defined objectives.
7.Maintain and update sales “Tool Box” including marketing tools, training, application specific product information, pricing, playbook, etc.
8.Act as liaison between customer demands and plant demands.
9.Manage sales forecasts and resolve commercial issues with key customer accounts.
10.Process and organize quotations and inquiries.
11.Process credits and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)’s accurately and in a timely manner.
12.Maintain customer files and data including pricing, contracts, profiles, and open or closed customer orders and requests.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree.
2.Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related major.
3.At least 5 years of working experience in Sales, Marketing or relevant.
4.At least 2 years of working experience in HVACR industry.
5.Possess strong communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively conveying information and driving task execution.
6.Possess business acumen with market insights, can analyze industry trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
7.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
8.Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce).
9.Proficient abilities in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
