崗位職責(zé):
-Work closely with ADM/AM on daily sales work including sales order/promotion implementation/rebate redeem
與銷售團(tuán)隊緊密協(xié)作,協(xié)助完成日常的銷售工作,包括訂單執(zhí)行,促銷活動執(zhí)行及返利等
-Maintenance of customer information, customer material description and pricing in SAP; 維護(hù)SAP系統(tǒng)中客戶信息,客戶物料描述及價格
-Maintenance of customer database and document filing; 維護(hù)客戶數(shù)據(jù)庫和文件備案
-Order placing and follow ups; 訂單的下達(dá)和有效跟蹤
-Responsible for invoices in SAP and support Finance Department on related VAT Invoice issue. Keep good record on invoices in SAP to match to VAT Invoice; 負(fù)責(zé)SAP系統(tǒng)的發(fā)票操作,并協(xié)助財務(wù)部門開具相應(yīng)的VAT發(fā)票。保證SAP系統(tǒng)發(fā)票和VAT發(fā)票的良好記錄及之間的可追溯性
-Responsible for distributor agreement management; 負(fù)責(zé)經(jīng)銷商協(xié)議的管理
-Responsible for all PO filing; 負(fù)責(zé)對PO存檔
-Responsible for Account Reconciliation; 負(fù)責(zé)對賬
-Achieve customer Satisfaction & Business Growth; 達(dá)到客戶滿意且業(yè)務(wù)增長
Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives; 支持及推動6S的推行
-Other work assigned by superior and company; 上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及公司分派的其他工作
崗位要求:
College degree or above
大專及以上學(xué)歷
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service function
至少兩年相關(guān)客服工作經(jīng)驗
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
熟練使用辦公軟件
Good verbal and written English communication skills
良好的英語口語和書面溝通能力
Team work spirit, good communication and coordination skills
良好的團(tuán)隊合作能力,良好的溝通及協(xié)調(diào)能力
