職責(zé)描述:
1. Managing sales( Front End ) and multiple customers, New business development with assigned customers, Seeking out new customers for Electronics- Mechatronics business expansion; reporting to Global Sales Director& China Plant Manager
管理前端銷售和客戶,維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶,開發(fā)新的業(yè)務(wù)和訂單;開發(fā)新的客戶,拓展電子業(yè)務(wù);向集團(tuán)銷售總監(jiān)和工廠經(jīng)理匯報
2. Close coordination with customers with all the departments like R&D, Purchase, Quality and other concerned departments; Handling Quality related issues with customers until closure in support to Customer Quality Insurance based in EMEA-APAC regions
協(xié)調(diào)研發(fā)、采購、質(zhì)量部門,完成對接事項; 支持CQE處理客戶質(zhì)量問題
3. Monitoring competitors activities and suggest actions to counteract.
掌握 競爭對手的動向,采取對策
4. Strategic planning and building up short and long term business plans, project planning and execution.
戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃短期和長期業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo),項目計劃和實施
5. Building close relationship with decision makers in all accounts according to Sales Director
維護(hù)與決策部門的良好關(guān)系
6. Ensuring On Time Delivery is maintained with customers
按照客戶的要求保證按時交貨
7. Arranging Technical Presentations at customer end.
安排客戶端的技術(shù)報告展示
任職要求:
1. 有汽車或家電行業(yè)技術(shù)和銷售背景,有Tier 1 - Tier 2 OEM工廠的工作經(jīng)驗
2. 有跨國公司工作背景,熟悉NAFTA EMEA APAC 地區(qū)文化
3. 在汽車和家電行業(yè)有良好的客戶關(guān)系
