Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the safety management of the laboratories within the School;負責學院實驗室的安全管理；
2. Establish and implement the school-level laboratory safety management system, and formulate the laboratory safety work plan, safety operation procedures and contingency plan;建立及貫徹學院層級的實驗室安全管理體系，制定實驗室安全工作計劃，安全操作規(guī)程和應急計劃；
3. Management and maintenance of the School’s chemicals warehouse and assist in chemical waste treatment; 學院化學品倉庫管理和運維，并協(xié)助處理化學廢液及固廢；
4. Liaise with the University Laboratory Safety Committee;聯(lián)系大學實驗室安全委員會；
5. Undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor.負責（承擔）主管安排的其他任務。
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Master or above degree, major in chemistry, materials science, or a relevant area. 碩士或以上學位，主修化學、材料，或相關專業(yè)；
2. At least 3 years laboratory safety management or relevant experience in higher education institutions, or enterprises and institutions.在高等院?；蚱笫聵I(yè)單位至少需要3年實驗室安全管理工作經驗，或相關的實驗室安全管理工作經歷；
3. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, **********, etc.) and social media tools (WeChat official accounts). 需要有較好的中英文說寫能力，熟悉使用辦公軟件（Word, Excel, **********等），和社交工具（微信等）；
4. The ability to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of tasks. 有能力獨立工作，積極主動并負責任地完成各項工作；
5. Good team player with strong organizational planning and interpersonal skills. 具有良好的團隊合作精神，并具有較強的組織規(guī)劃和人際交往能力。
