主要職責(zé):
1.工作地點深圳,負(fù)責(zé)華南地區(qū)行業(yè)客戶、大客戶的拓展與維護;
2.根據(jù)公司銷售整體規(guī)劃,明確業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo),制定行業(yè)開拓計劃,完成公司下達的銷售任務(wù)、并且分解到季、月;
3.制定新客戶開發(fā)計劃,維護好公司分配的已有客戶;
4.收集、匯總并分析行業(yè)相關(guān)前沿信息,形成報告;
5.掌握客戶的組織層級、關(guān)鍵決策人,系統(tǒng)跟進客戶項目,反饋客戶需求并制定相應(yīng)策略、協(xié)調(diào)并利用公司內(nèi)外部資源達成交易;
6.了解競爭對手的優(yōu)、劣勢做好競品分析;
7.具備獨立解決問題、溝通協(xié)調(diào)各方資源高效完成公司交辦事物的能力。
任職要求:
1.大專及本科以上學(xué)歷,計算機、電子信息、工業(yè)自動化等計算機硬件相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮;
2.具有3年以上銷售/技術(shù)支持工作經(jīng)驗,服務(wù)器、品牌電腦、ODM/OEM、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全、工控行業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮;
3.具有較強商務(wù)能力及服務(wù)意識,具有親和力;
4.有良好的溝通能力和人際關(guān)系處理能力;
5.具備一定的市場分析及判斷能力;
6.有責(zé)任心,能承受較大的工作壓力;
7.喜歡接受挑戰(zhàn),良好的團隊合作精神。
Main Responsibility:
1.Work location Shenzhen, responsible for the extension and maintenance of industrial customers and key customers in South China.
2.According to the overall sales plan of the company, clarify the business objectives, formulate the development plan, complete the sales tasks assigned by the company, and decompose them into quarterly and monthly plan.
3.Formulate new customer development plan and maintain existing customers assigned by the company.
4.Collect, summarize and analyze relevant information of the industry and form a report.
5.Understand the customer's organization structure and key decision-makers, systematically follow up customer projects, provide feedback to customer needs, formulate corresponding strategies, coordinate and use the company's internal and external resources to reach transactions.
6.Understand the advantages and disadvantages of competitors and do competitive product analysis.
7.Able to solve problems independently, communicate and coordinate resources of all parties, and complete the tasks assigned by the company.
Qualification:
1.College degree or above, major in computer, electronic information, industrial automation and other computer hardware related major is preferred.
2.At least 3 years of sales/technical support experience, server, brand computer, ODM/OEM, network security and industrial control industry are preferred.
3.Strong business ability and service awareness, with affinity.
4.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
5.Have certain market analysis and judgment ability.
6.Responsible, able to work under pressure.
7.Like to accept challenges, good team spirit.
